    My wife went in for an oil change--ONLY an oil change. Rather than performing the work she requested, they decided to remove all the wheels and tell her that she needed new brake pads, new rotors, and a brake fluid flush (about $500 total). Since when does an oil change require removing wheels?? I had her instruct them to do ONLY the oil change. I KNEW this was a load of crap, so the following day I brought the car to a Brake Masters location that I trust. They confirmed that the brake pads still had 20% remaining (hardly an emergency) and the rotors could just be turned and did not require replacement. Basically, they thought that they could take advantage of a woman who wouldn't know any better. Shameful.

    I was in for mounting and balancing some tires as well as a badly-needed alignment. Sean knew the urgency of my situation and was able to squeeze me in at a good time! As I sat there watching countless customers with endless needs marching in and out, Sean and his staff handled it like any other day and every customer, whether their needs were met that day or not, seemed content and satisfied when leaving. Can't beat the customer service here.. and my car rides amazing! Thank You!

    We received the worst product ever when we purchased 50,000 mile Primewell tires which didn't make 30,000 miles before separating one at a time and the worst ever service location would not replace with a full new set until the last tire separated. The warranty is prorated and we pay for mounting and balancing again and again. They would not replace even the 4th tire knowing full well it was going to separate leaving safety not worth considering. The new set they put on a few days ago wasn't balanced and does not have a warranty even though they say this is the top line tire called Transforce. Be safe and go elsewhere.

    Took car in to have tire checked for nail. They checked it quickly, however I then waited over an hour for them to tell me the tire was not repairable and proceeded to give me a quote on 4 new tires. This place is understaffed and they could care less how long people wait for them to work on there vehicle.

    Took my car in for a oil change, and had them check my breaks. My breaks had been squeaking loudly when coming to stops or backing up. I was told it was my rear breaks that were worn out, which made sense since It had been a while since I did anything with the rear. They sold me new rear breaks and installed them. On the way home, my breaks were still squeaking, and as loudly as ever. It appears I did not need new rear breaks, Not happy about being told I needed new rear breaks because they were the cause of the problem, when that was not the case. I'm taking my car back in this weekend to get the squeaking fixed. Hopefully they can redeem themselves this time. I'm not mad about paying for new rear breaks, I would need them eventually (in the next year or two) but I am very disappointed that they didn't take the time to notice the problem was not fixed at all (my break squeak very loudly the moment you lightly apply the break) Overall the staff was friendly, helpful, and prompt, but overlooking something that is so obviously not fixed is just very poor. The breaks had to be squeaking loudly as they backed my car out of their garage to park it!

    My battery was dying and I had difficulty starting the car while away from home. I drove to Firestone and they immediately checked the battery. They had a replacement and I was on my way in less than an hour.

    I used the establishment located in Goodyear, Az a week ago. I came in with a $19 dollar coupon for a synthetic blend was talked out of coupon. When I picked up vehicle the total charge was $95. I will never return.

    I went to firestone at the advice of a friend who has the same type of car as I, a Volkswagen passat. The mechanic didn't torque the crush washer right and a couple of days later my car registered no oil and sounded as if it was going to explode. Had to take a day off work to get it resolved, a 2nd to their credit they did resolve it quickly and well, but if they aren't sure how to do something I wish they just suggested I take it to the dealership.

    I find as a Disabled Veteran, 100%, when you have a sale we lose our discount. Why, if you hold us so dearly in your heart, do you take away such a small discount! Please, don't patronize me with we do not stack our discounts! You either give the discount to veterans or you don't. It should not be held hostage if you give everybody a discount! This is an additional discount for serving our country, or was this just lip service !

    Went in to get the struts changed out they busted a bracket and charged me $300.00 for a new one.They tried to say it was because it was rusted badly. When I looked at it,it had basic surface rust.Rust had nothing to do with it breaking.I let him know I was not very happy.I picked up the car today went on to work and for some odd reason my engine light came. Went in the back seat to get my work stuff and found a dead bird in the back seat.

    Our service agent of record was not at work on the day of our service .... the agent who handled our repairs was VERY inexperienced. After a tire replacement and purchasing a Life Time Alignment Service we left there not knowing that our 2014 Pilot (29,000 miles) had a brake problem and three "unbalanced" original Michelin tires. Good service and an effective road test would have identified both of those issues. As a VERY long Firestone customer (over 25 years) I am sad to say this was my most disappointing service call.

    Several months ago I had the hub bearing assembly changed on my Dodge Ram. Shortly thereafter I had a brake warning light come on intermittently. As a shade tree mechanic I began to investigate. I discovered a sensor in the hubs was the incorrect size. I took the truck back to Firestorm to discuss. It turned out the part in question came installed from the factory on the new hubs. They took me at my word and put in new hubs from a different manufacturer at no cost. This was about 3 months after initial install. The problem was fixed. I also rebuilt my steering myself. I purchased the lifetime alignment with my tires. It was pretty far out after I was done. They had it tracking straight in an hour. For free. Nice folks in a busy shop.

    I have been a Firestone Customer for all my automotive repairs for more than ten years. Most of the time the job was completed successfully on the first try. On a couple of occasions a second look was required and I was totally satisfied with the results. I don't think twice about where to take my car when service is required.

    I took my car in for an A/C check, service and fill as it wasn't working. It was done in a reasonable amount of time and was called when it was ready. The A/C worked fine for about 2 weeks. After bringing the car back I found out that I needed a new compressor. This should have been found out during the initial service check, that's what the y are suppose to look for. I paid for the service in full and was never refunded any money.

    Used you a few months ago for an oil change and decided to stick with you for my other car. Set up a 12:30 appt for an oil change and to check my front brakes. Dropped off the car at noon and said I'll be back between 3 & 4. Came back at 3:35 and you didn't even look at my car yet. It was still outside with all your bays full. No excuse for not communicating to me that there was a hold up. Not bringing my car to you anymore. There are other places in the are that I will try.

    They are good about getting your vehicle done in the time they say they will. I like that the location is close to my house. I just don't like getting my bill because they always have maintenance suggestions that my vehicle DOES NOT need. I believe in being honest and that's something I just can't get there. Then again, depends who handles your vehicle that day.

    They aligned my car twice, it now pulls more to the right than it did before I took it in. I was going to have them align it correctly for the third time but I was already late for work. I will take it back soon when I have the time.

    I just needed tires, of course there were other little things that I need to do but at the time I was in a hurry and I just needed tires they did a thorough inspection and made me aware of other things that need to be done and let me know that they can assist but there was no pressure to purchase additional services I really appreciated the work that they did it was quality and it was done quickly and on time they got me in and out I would like to think the guys at the Firestone at Pebble Creek Parkway and I 10 for the professional service, I'll be using them again in the future for all those little things that they made me aware of.
