I waited 3 hours to ha four tires changed and a front end alignment. After I had scheduled an appointment. I then had to return for an additional 3 hours to have two tires replaced due to manufacturing defects. The manager was empathetic to my situation. And seemed ill aware of my on going problem, and only informed me of the situation after waiting for several hours

The saleswoman there, Ashley is great! She's very polite always intelligent and if she doesn't have the accurate information to deliver to you, she will diligently work towards getting you the answer you need. She handles customers oh so well as well as complaints. I recommend her to have her own Firestone one day up and operating with an A+ rating.

My experience at this location was less than poor. First, I had an appointment at 11am, and was told that they could not get to my car until 20 to 30 minutes because their other appointments were backed up. However, they didn't touched my car until 12:10. Then, for almost 3 hours I asked what was the issue with my car, and the young lady at the front desk continued to tell me that she did not know. Then, she tells me that it looks like a tire was changed and asked me if I knew what tire was changed. I was under the impression that their staff should be informing me about what was being done to my car. After being told absolutely nothing about what was done to my car, I was given my keys and told that I owed a balance. I explained and she could see in the system that I had just bought the tires the morning before, and I also had complained about the issue on the same day that I received the tires. She was on the phone with her supervisor supposedly and he told her that I owed a balance. After she got off the phone and told me the balance, I promptly asked why I was being charged for a defective tire that I was given the day before. She told me it was because her supervisor had just told her that. I explained AGAIN that I had just bought the tires the day before so it was defective, they were at fault because they sold me a defective tire. She proceeded to talk to herself saying that she needed to calm down and not saying anything (completely inappropriate in any work environment, especially in the presence of a customer). She calls the supervisor back tells him that I asked why I was paying anything, and simultaneously looks at me and tells me "Have a good day, ma'am" as if I was dismissed. I did not receive a receipt or an explanation of what was wrong with my vehicle, what tire was replaced, or what type of tire they placed on my car. I then called the customer service line and placed a complaint/report. So, this morning, I receive a phone call from a man saying that I filled out a survey, which I did not, and he was informing that he sent the receipt this morning. He proceeds to make excuses for the rather rude young lady from the day before saying that she did not give me a receipt because she did not know how to warranty out a tire. First, he should not have presumed he knew what was going on because he even admitted that he had not spoken to her. When I explained to him otherwise and told him that I did not receive a receipt because she had no explanation of why I was being charged. He proceeded to explain that because the tired was replaced under warranty that was why. I then informed him, it should not have been a warranty replacement where I had to put road hazard back on it when I bought the tires the morning before. He then tried to recant and say that "Well, she just discounted you and gave you a zero balance." I let him go off the phone because I had nothing further to discuss with someone who clearly does not know what they are speaking on, and he clearly was not trying to find out. I will not be returning to this location.

I have been using Firestone exclusively for 35 years. This is the third location I have used. When Tommy Gibson came back to Montgomery I was so pleased. I first knew him years ago when he worked for Dale Johnson, a manager I admired so much. Eastchase is close to where I live. It is a top-quality facility with great people working there. But one of the best things is Ashley Sydnor. She is so friendly and customer focused. Yet, she focuses on the business and getting the job done. The people at Eastchase Firestone are dedicated to getting the job done right.

The technician and service rep were both very friendly. They actually took me to my car and SHOWED me what was wrong, instead of handing me and reading off of a piece of paper with everything wrong with my car on it. I learned from that experience and I felt appreciated. I would definitely recommend this Firestone to others. Thank you guys!

I would advise any potential customer to make a prior appointment online for service with the amount of business this store does otherwise you will risk the potential of a long wait. Scheduled appointments are serviced first and is the way it should be done by any service provider!

I was extremely impressed at the level of professionalism at Firestone. The prices were great and affordable which was very good for me. After having my car worked on, it felt as if I was driving my car for the very first time. The staff was friendly and took the time to explain the problem and find the best possible price for you. The only chain store in Montgomery that does good work. With that comes delay because I'm not the only one who has discovered this. Therefore they are typically very busy, 7 days per week.

I went in to get my tires rotated. I'm a single woman with a very little knowledge of upkeep on cars except to get oil changed and get tires rotated. The manager usually shows me things on my car that needs attention especially since I hadn't had a tune up in over 2 years but on a small budget I usually have to put it off but the manager explained to me that I might qualify for Firestone financing. Doubtful I agreed to apply and upon my surprise I was approved. I was able to get the work done on my car and left feeling and still feel that I now have dependable transportation to be on the road and a especially since I am a single woman. Thank you so much Firestone for the personal touch.

I went there to get an alignment on my wife's car. After the alignment the steering wheel was crooked and the car pulled to the left. I called them to see what they can doand they said they can straighten the steering wheel but it was pulling because my tires were worn and they tried to upsell me new tires. I came back the next day to get the steering wheel straight and at that point they told me they could not fix because the tie rod was bad. And it was. I had them replace it and correct the alignment. Woked good for one trip across country and the car is pulling to the left again. Heres my issue is that they sent the car out the door with a baf tie rod end the first day and tried to sell me tires to fix it.The story does not end here.The next week I thought I would give them one more try since they were nice thru the hole ordeal. I brought my truck in for an alignment and two new steer tires. after the alignment i left and same thing mty steering wheel was at 90 degrees off. I turned around immediately and it took another hour and half for them to get it right. I need more tires and probable another alignment for the wife's car and I do not think I will go to firestone again

Poor knowledge personnel , Worst and cheapest part with highest price , non- professional advisor try to convince costumer in the worst way, fix the small issue with replacing to many unnecessary cheap parts to just make the bill fat , specially this shop very bad personnel . Each time I have gone there, the person doing the rotation has failed to properly inflate the tires (causing me to have to return to facility for adjustment done by service advisor)... even when Service Advisor has specifically noted it on the order ... additionally, on most recent visit, person doing the rotation failed to put one of customized Mercedes Benz tire caps back on vehicle ... after much discussion on issue (much more than should have been necessary), General Manager did reimburse me for purchase of new one at MB Dealer. Service writers are very good ... folks rotating tires seem to be lax on a consistent basis on doing very basic things (proper tire inflation and putting tire caps back on) ...
